You must be at least 18 years old to use BharatBazar. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price including applicable taxes. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds
You may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Certain product categories may be excluded from returns.

All content on BharatBazar — including logos, text, images, and software — is the property of BharatBazar or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
BharatBazar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
