Shipping & Delivery

How orders move across India on Bhaarat Bazaar.

Who ships your order

Every store on Bhaarat Bazaar ships independently. The seller behind the storefront is responsible for packing, dispatching and tracking — Bhaarat Bazaar is the platform they use. The seller name and dispatch address will appear on your invoice.

Delivery timelines

Most sellers dispatch within 1–3 working days. Pan-India delivery typically takes 3–7 working days after dispatch via the seller’s logistics partner (Delhivery, Bluedart, India Post, etc.). Tier-3 and remote pincodes may take an extra 2–4 days. Custom-made or hand-crafted items have longer lead times — the seller’s storefront will list the timeline on the product page.

Shipping charges

Sellers set their own shipping rules. Many storefronts offer free delivery above a threshold; others charge a flat rate per order. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on storefronts that have enabled it. Look for the "COD available" badge on the storefront or the product page. A nominal COD handling fee may apply.

Tracking

A tracking link is shared on your registered email and WhatsApp number once the order is dispatched. You can also track from the Orders page in your buyer account.

Delivery issues

If your order is delayed beyond the seller’s stated timeline, contact the seller first via the storefront’s Contact page or WhatsApp button. For unresolved issues, escalate to support@bhaaratbazaar.com with your order ID.
