FAQs

Quick answers to the things buyers ask most often.

How is Bhaarat Bazaar different from Amazon or Flipkart?

Bhaarat Bazaar is an open marketplace for independent Indian D2C stores. Each storefront is run directly by the seller — they set their own pricing, packaging, returns rules and customer relationship. We don’t hold inventory and we don’t insert ourselves between the seller and you.

How do I pay?

UPI, debit/credit cards, NetBanking and Cash on Delivery are all supported (subject to the seller’s settings). Payments are processed via Razorpay over a secure connection.

When will my order arrive?

Most sellers dispatch within 1–3 working days. Pan-India delivery typically takes 3–7 working days after dispatch. See the Shipping & Delivery page for details.

Can I return a product?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on most storefronts, subject to the seller’s policy. Custom-made and personalised items may not be returnable. The seller’s storefront lists the exact policy.

How is GST handled?

All prices are inclusive of GST. Sellers above the GST threshold include a GSTIN-bearing invoice with every order. B2B buyers can request a tax invoice during checkout.

Is COD available everywhere?

COD is available on storefronts that have enabled it. Look for the "COD available" badge on the storefront or product page.

My order hasn’t arrived. What do I do?

Track via the link in your dispatch email/WhatsApp or from the Orders page in your account. If you don’t see movement for 5+ days, message the seller from their storefront, and copy support@bhaaratbazaar.com if it stays unresolved.

How do I become a seller?

Visit our pricing page to compare plans, then sign up at /signup?role=seller. Free and Basic plans get you a hosted storefront immediately; Pro/Max unlock a branded subdomain and editorial layout.
