Who decides
Whether an item can be returned, replaced or refunded is governed by Note-now's policy. Bhaarat Bazaar hosts this storefront and mediates disputes when needed.

If something is wrong with your order
Contact Note-now with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. The store will promptly assist you with replacement or return.
Refunds
Payments go directly to Note-now, so any refund is issued by the store to your original payment method. Timing depends on the store and your bank (typically 3–5 business days).
Order cancellations
Ask Note-now as early as possible before dispatch. Orders cancelled prior to dispatch receive an immediate full refund.
