How long does an order take?

Royal Touch Beauty dispatches within 1–3 working days; pan-India delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Custom-made pieces have a longer lead time, listed on the product page.

Can I pay on delivery?

Where COD is enabled, the option appears at checkout. UPI, cards, NetBanking and wallets are also accepted via Razorpay.

Are returns accepted?

Returns and refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items — see the Returns page, or message the store before ordering if you need to be sure about a specific item.

Is the piece I want in stock?

If the product page shows a "Buy now" button, it is in stock. Out-of-stock or made-to-order pieces are marked accordingly.

Can I see the piece in person before buying?

Workshop visits are by appointment. Get in touch via WhatsApp or Instagram to arrange one.

Are prices inclusive of GST?

All displayed product prices are inclusive of applicable GST. The exact tax breakdown is shown at checkout and on your order receipt. For a business GST invoice, message the store with your order number and GSTIN.
